Shuttle Information

Auckland Airport Arrival

PLEASE NOTE: At the moment our Shuttle Service is  on request only. Please get in touch with our Auckland team if you require the service: +64 33473181

 

International Arrivals: Please take the exit at door number 11, turn right outside where you will see the shuttles and rental operators collection area next to the seating area you can use to wait for us.  Domestic Arrivals : Please follow signs towards the taxi and rental operator shuttle collection area – this can be found outside the Jetstar section of the domestic terminal.

It takes approximately 30 mins by shuttle between the Auckland Airport and our Auckland Depot.

Christchurch Airport Arrival

PLEASE NOTE: At the moment our Shuttle Service is  on request only.

For Domestic and International Arrivals: Please follow the signs at the Regional End of Airport and exit through Terminal Door 2 (Courtesy Shuttles).

 

It takes approximately 25 mins by shuttle between the Christchurch Airport and our Rolleston Depot.

Pick up procedure

We know road trips are exciting and you want to hit the road as soon as you leave the airport.

Also  we want you to feel safe and confident driving on the left hand side of the road, and that you are very familiar with every feature in you new home to get the most out of it!

To make sure that you don’t miss anything we will talk you through your rental agreement and highlight the clauses of our T&C’s which you must be familiar with.


Just a few signatures and a copy of your driver license and all the paper work is done. If you have a non-English license please make sure: it is valid, appropriate for a full size motor vehicle (no restricted or learners license) and to bring a official translation.

We will have a quick look at the insurance option you have chosen. If you go with the ‘Risk Taker’ or ‘All Good’ option we just need a quick swipe of your credit card to block the bond/liability bond/liability and discuss the excess involved.


After all the paper work is done, one of our staff members will show you your new home. We will explain you all features to ensure you have a hassle free holiday.

SUMMER: 

Monday to Sunday: 8.30am to 4.00pm

Pick up’s and drop off’s are possible during our office hours.

For pick up’s and drop off’s earlier or after our office hours we have a $80.00 NZD surcharge.

 

WINTER: (1 May to 31 August)

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 4.00pm

During the weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) we are still there for you for Pick ups and Drop offs: 

PICK UPS: 9.00 am

DROP OFFS: 3.00 pm

We want to ensure our incredible hard-working team will get time to enjoy their own adventures though the winter season and can support several local businesses too. 🙂 

 

Public Holidays: 8.30am to 4.00pm. 

$80.00 NZD surcharge will apply to all vehicles collecting or returning on National Public Holidays. Click here to see the public holidays. Branches are closed Christmas Day (25th December) and New Year’s Day (1st January).
