Arrival Informations

If you have a confirmed Shuttle Service:

International Arrivals: Once you have cleared customs, please contact our staff on +6421 278 0062 with your surname and reference number to let us know that you have arrived.

  • Pick-ups at Auckland Airport’s international terminal are from the transport pick-up zone, a short, undercover walk from the terminal.  
  • The covered pedestrian, known as the cloud, begins directly opposite the international arrivals area with clear signage to guide you to the transport pick-up zone. 
  • The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes. 

Domestic Arrivals: If arriving with Air New Zealand, please exit terminal via door number 4. Crossing the pedestrian crossings you will come to a Pink Waiting Area Sign, your shuttle will uplift you from here.

It takes approximately 15-20 mins by shuttle between the Auckland Airport and our Auckland Depot.

If you have a confirmed Shuttle Service:

For Domestic and International Arrivals: Please follow the signs at the Regional End of Airport and exit through Terminal Door 2 (Courtesy Shuttles in Peak Season).

It takes approximately 25 mins by shuttle between the Christchurch Airport and our Rolleston Depot.

Airport – Depot Christchurch:

We have four available shuttle pick up times. These will run from Monday – Saturday:

  • 13:00
  • 15:00

Sunday:

  • 11:00
  • 13:00

Depot Christchurch – Airport:

Monday – Saturday:

Shuttle pick ups: To Airport

These will run Monday – Friday:

When booking the shuttle to the airport, you must drop the campervan off to the selected branch 30 minutes beforehand. This will ensure that our staff are able to follow procedures in checking the campervan before you depart.  This is to make sure that nothing has been damaged during your trip. 

Shuttle must be booked and comfirmed before arrival.

PICK UP PROCEDURE


We know road trips are exciting and you want to hit the road as soon as you leave the airport.

However, we want you to feel safe and confident driving on the left hand side of the road, and that you are very familiar with every feature in your new home to get the most out of it!

To make sure that you don’t miss anything we suggest you look through the clauses of our T&C’s which you must be familiar with. If you have any questions a member of our team will be here to help you.

Just a few signatures and a copy of your driver license and all the paperwork is done. If you have a non-English license, please make sure: it is valid, appropriate for a full-size motor vehicle (no restricted or learners license) and to bring an official translation.

We will have a quick look at the insurance option you have chosen.

If you go with one of our insurance options, we just need a quick swipe of your credit card to block the bond/liability and discuss the excess involved.

Check-in should be completed prior to arrival at our depot. This is done online when our staff sends you the booking confirmation for your trip. If this has not been completed before arrival, there will be a fee of NZD80.
