COVID-19 Information

Travel Information: UPDATE 5. OCTOBER 2020 

 

Auckland will move to alert level 1. This will be at 11.59pm on Wednesday, October 7.
That means Auckland will join the rest of the country at Level 1.

AUCKLAND DEPOT:  

We will continue to process pick-ups and drop-offs within usual business hours.

 

  • Drop-offs between normal branch hours of 8:30am – 4:00pm, please arrange an appointment for your drop off with our Sales team: info@tatoffice.com
  • Vehicle demonstration will be provided but we still maintain social distancing.

LEVEL1:

  • Wearing a mask on public trasport not required but still encouraged
  • Continue to use the Covid tracking app and record visits in our branches
  • Continue to wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds
  • Maintain social distancing from strangers when out and about

CHRISTCHURCH DEPOT: 

    • We will continue to process pick-ups and drop-offs within usual business hours.

    The safety of our customers and crew is incredibly important to us. We encourage all visitors to be kind to one another and have patience with other customers and our teams as we work within these restrictions. Anyone dropping off a vehicle should register themselves using the NZ COVID Tracer app

     

 

Changes/Cancellations to your booking:

If you have to cancel your booking related to COVID19: 

  • Our Special Covid19 cancellation policy for 2020/2021 Terms and Conditions will apply. 
  • Cancellation fee:
    • If a booking cannot commence due to travel restrictions by COVID19 the booking can be cancelled up to and including 7 calendar days prior pick up and will be fully refunded.
 

If you want to postpone your booking: 

  •  Change your dates:
    • If a booking cannot commence due to travel restrictions by COVID19 please get in touch with our Sales team for informations about travel voucher or postponing options.
