- If you unable to travel due to COVID19 travel restrictions 1-6 days before pickup date, you are eligible to either receive credit for a future booking [credit valid for 1 year] or postpone your booking without charge [any rate difference will be charged if any].
- If you are unable to fly back to Australia due to COVID19 travel restrictions, you can get up to 7 days hire for Free of Charge [Note: does not apply insurance rate and RUC if applicable]. Must provide a proof.
