FAQ - Frequently asked questions

CAMPERVAN BOOKING

How do I book a motorhome / campervan?

If you like our offer, you can easily book via the online booking tool. Within the next 24 hours you will receive a confirmation from us if the vehicle is still available. If you still have questions or are unsure, just contact us – we will be happy to help you. This link will redirect you to our secure payment system. There is a NZD 9 booking fee at the time of registration.

After receiving your booking request, the camper will be booked bindingly for you. We will then charge your credit card for the amount of the deposit, which is 20% of the total cost of the trip. In the booking confirmation we will inform you about the date when the final payment is due. Final payment is due 50 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your registered credit card (3% credit card fee applies). To avoid this 3% credit card fee, you can pay the balance by bank transfer or wire transfer. Please ask for this option.

How far in advance should I book?

If you are planning a trip to New Zealand during the summer months (November to February), especially during the Christmas and Easter periods, we strongly recommend booking your campervan or motorhome at least six months in advance.
